THE B1G1 STORY‍

In 2007, B1G1 started with a simple idea: “What if every business could make a difference in their own way, just by doing what they normally do?”

With more than a decade of work, this simple idea has now become a global movement.

Today, the B1G1 Movement is run by two organizations:
BUY1GIVE1 Pte Ltd headquartered in Singapore and
B1G1 Giving Inc. headquartered in the USA.

BUY1GIVE1 is a social enterprise and a B Corp that runs a business membership program which aims to help businesses all over the world in their giving efforts.

B1G1 Giving Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) charity that seeks out and works with high-impact charitable organizations all around the world to provide them with effective, additional funding for their work.

President

Paul is the President of B1G1 Giving and has supported the B1G1 initiative since 2010. Previously, he served as the Legal Counsel at Kraft Foods and brings significant expertise into our work at B1G1 Giving. He is a pragmatic lawyer with a deeply caring heart. He ensures that our collective work and decision-making processes are always unbiased, aligned with our mission, transparent and humane.

Treasurer

Linda is a recently retired principal with over 36 years of experience in public accounting. She has managed hundreds of K-12 audits and overseen investigations of government fraud and public corruption. Beyond her professional expertise, she is deeply passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and has been the heart of the B1G1 Community for many years.

Board Member

Deanne is the director of Tactical Super, a chartered accounting firm in Australia specializing in audit and helping clients understand superannuation and tax legislation. She is also extremely committed to giving back. Her company is also a B1G1 Business which means that she truly understands the aspirations of other business owners.
